Project Coordination for Safe and Efficient Execution
FND RICH RESOURCES SDN. BHD. recently conducted a Site Visit Coordination Meeting and Crane Layout Coordination Meeting at Universiti Pertahanan Nasional Malaysia (UPNM) as part of the project planning and pre-construction activities.
The coordination meeting brought together the project team and key stakeholders to review the project scope, technical requirements, execution methodology, and overall work strategy. The session also focused on ensuring effective communication and alignment among all parties before the commencement of site activities.
As part of the meeting, the team carried out a detailed review of the proposed crane layout, lifting operations, and construction drawings to ensure compliance with safety requirements, operational efficiency, and project specifications.
Following the coordination meeting, a site visit was conducted to assess the existing site conditions, verify work locations, identify access routes, and confirm site readiness for the upcoming construction works. This on-site assessment allows the project team to identify potential challenges and implement the appropriate solutions before work begins.
